Kids Classes

Yoga and dance are also for kids! Every Saturday and Sunday, Real Fit Studio holds Yoga and dance classes for parents & kids. Use your credits to book for a joint class and look forward to having a great bonding session with your child. Learning Yoga will help children to relax and improve their focus, perfect for kids who need to work on developing a zen side.

For children 3 – 12 years old. A parent can attend for free if the kid is below 7 years old.

Kids Jumping + Yoga

A combination of both classes, the Jumping Class helps kids warm up and expend energy while the yoga helps to stretch out and cool down.
From 3-6 Years, Kids Jumping + Yoga Class is attended together by parents and kids (for the price of 1). From 7-12 years old, kids may attend alone but parents are still highly encouraged to join in together.

Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga is a basic beginner-friendly Yoga class where you and your child will bond together over Yoga. (Yay!) The poses and flows are gentle and easy to follow and will help your child to relax and relieve stress accumulated from studying.

Starting Yoga early will help early in many mental and physical ways. They will not only develop better focus and calm but also retain flexibility that will protect them from various injuries.

3-6 Years Kids Class is always attended by a parent-child tag team. From 7-12 years, kids can attend alone but parents are still very welcome to join and attend together!

Kids Cardio is a workout dance aimed at helping expend energy while exercising and having fun. This dance activity is geared towards enjoyment and fitness rather than learning dance moves and choreography.
